We are deeply inspired by the legacy of the Late Shri V. S. KAVI (15th August 1946 – 8th March 2020), whose profound influence since 1970 in the Real Estate industry, Academic Institutions, and unwavering commitment to philanthropy significantly shaped our company’s values. A co-founder of SKAAH, he contributed his extensive expertise as a valued member of the Board until his passing in 2020.

With a rich background in independent business operations and a keen understanding of the market dynamics, he played a pivotal role in guiding SKAAH Group towards strategic goal-setting and vision for the future. His insightful mentorship laid the groundwork for our ambitious journey that began in 2015 to establish ourselves as a prominent player in the global market.

Beyond his professional achievements, he was a compassionate philanthropist, a self-made leader, and a dedicated coach who instilled in us the importance of social responsibility. His legacy continues to inspire us as we strive to uphold the values he championed and to honor his commitment to making a positive impact on society.
